Table Notes

So yesterday i was 4 tabling as usual and telling myself i need to remember to raise very light at one table because the 3 or 4 players on my left were uber tight. This got me thinking that it would be fantastic to have small "post it" notes for tables as opposed to just individual players. Does anyone currently do anything like this and does anyone think this is a good idea. (and if the GT+ or PV devs read this do you think this would be a worthy feature)
