Orleans Poker Room

I am coming to Vegas in a month or so and will be there for 4 days and staying at the Orleans. I hear they expanded the poker room there. How is it? How are the games? Thanks.--Big Al--

Be sure to get the poker rate. The room has been very easy to work w/ IME in terms of getting the rate. Be sure to have your player's card swiped when you get a seat so you get comps. Games are LL hold'em and O8 primarily with small blinds. (4-8 has blinds of 1-2, 6-12 has blinds of 2-3) Some games have kills. IME the games vary from tight to very good and not too aggressive. Sometimes the tight games are bad because with a high rake and small blinds some of the profitable plays in tight games aren't as good. The games are beatable for sure though. Heck, even I can do it. They also had a stud/8 game the last time I was there.
