Quick question

3 handed NL tourney. The button busts. What happens the next hand with regard to the blinds?

I "know" the answer, but a tourney I played it did it wierd and I was wondering if I was indeed correct.

there's an article on cardplayer magazine in regards to this...i believe it's a TJ cloutier or Tom McEvoy column...
his ruling was that the same player should not be BB twice.
