The flop slowdown and turn CR is a sure indication you're beat, but I'd give you about 5-6 outs here. Getting 9.5:1 I'd see the river.

Fold preflop. Otherwise, I think it's okay.

Fold preflop.

This is terrible advice. You'd have to be pretty sure that MP1 only ever plays big pocket pairs AND that everyone else is guaranteed to fold to his limp before folding preflop would be even close to correct.

Preflop is perfect, and I like the rest of the hand.

Do you advise him to check? check call? I like the bet, as I think there is a chance he has the best hand.

If the table is passive, then I think this call is okay - but that was never originally stated. I play this from late position, but not from early-middle. I don't want to have to call a preflop raise from right behind me for a hand that usually has to hit a set to win.

I'd call the turn c/r and fold the river UI.

Turn bet is fine 3-handed. Are you checking the turn fearing BB smooth-called hoping to check-raise. Hero has about 5 good outs I'd say, but a weak made hand. It's better to bet and try to increase the chances of winning by possibly folding the LP player who may have a better made hand or overcards (offcourse you won't fold a flush draw). If the hand was something like TT it's probably okay to go into check-call mode because you don't mind going to a showdown as much.
Nice hand by the way.

The bet-fold to a raise line is good here. A Queen will probably raise, so your beat anyway, but if you check and let the villian bet, that doesn't neccesarily mean you don't have the best hand.
