... so we know these guys can be hilarious, from Super Troopers.

After watching Club Dread, it feels like they made this movie as a practical joke. Like... "our comedy group is popular enough to have hollywood finance a movie, that we will make as unfunny as possible, jokes on you!!"

This movie is so incredibly bad, but not in an amusing way. It is truly something that you feel wasted your 90 minutes.

Through the last 30 minutes of the movie, I am honestly unsure if they are even attempting to make any jokes.

Funny, I had the same theory after watching Stuck On You. I genuinely thought that the Farrely brothers had become somewhat disillusioned with their own fame and decided to see how far it would take them.

As for Club Dread, I thought it much more likely that Super Troopers was somewhat of a fluke, and that these guys just aren't incredibly funny.

I feel like its impossible to come to that conclusion, because it feels like this movie is void of even attempting jokes.

I mean, we have movis released like Dumb and Dumberer, Envy, etc... that are released, but I feel like they are attempting jokes, they just happen to be very unfunny. Im not sure what the hell is going on in Dread, I dont think they are even trying to make us laugh.

I disagree. There were some amusing parts in Club Dread. I actually laughed out loud during the "live" Pac-Man scene. There were some other spots that I thought had humor potential, but just failed to be capitalized on.

They admitted that this movie wasn't even really a comedy - just a cheesy horror movie with some jokes in it. If you don't think these guys are funny I suggest you check out the movie they made in college, Puddle Cruiser. Every bit as hilarious as Super Troopers.

How would one go about checking this out? I just Googled it and I can't find anywhere to buy it. This is the first thing that comes up on a Froogle search:

I originally saw the movie when Broken Lizard showed up at my college to support their movies. I am pretty sure there are websites which allow you to download and watch movies, and I am pretty sure you can see it this way. Now to find such a site...

Funny bad horror movie. That's all it was. Not as funny as their movies and not scary, but did have some funny moments and some big jigglin' boobies. What do you want?

Check out www.cinemanow.com (http://www.cinemanow.com) if you are interested in seeing this film. It is a pay site, but I believe they have a free trial. There are many movies there, some porn even...

What you didn't believe that conjoined twins would say things like "don't you walk away from me"?

C'mon that whole movie was comedy gold
