Can anyone concur with me that this drink is awesome?

No.

The greatest thing about giving up on veganism oh-so-many years ago was never drinking soy milk again.

I'm not talking soy milk in general but specifically this drink and brand. Have you had what I'm talkin about?

In all seriousness, its alright. Much better than the vanilla, and far creamier than competing brands.

Since you made a thread about this, and we are just talking about this in the 2+2 irc channel, I will respond here too.

Silk Chocolate Soy Milk isnt that great at all, but maybe its because I just bought a cartoon that expires on 03/18. I like the chocolate flavored Vitasoy, NOT the malt version, in those juice boxes. It tastes way better then this Silk and even if the juicebox gets all warm.

I even think the chocolate flavored Ensure's taste better then this Silk Chocolate Soy Milk. Then again Ensure is not soy milk. Oh well, like I said, maybe its because I dont have a fresh cartoon of Silk.

I like Soy Dream. Never tried Silk.

Definitely good stuff. Silk puts out the best drinking-flavor (aka, not vanilla or plain) soy milks IMO... their Silk Chai, Silk Mocha Latte, and Silk Nog are also super. The 8th Continent vanilla soy milk is awesome for using in cereal though.

Not vegan or anything, just lactose-intolerant. Still won't give up real cheese for anything though... gastrointestinal discomfort is a small price to pay. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Maybe Ill try another cartoon. But for the price of the 2qt cartoon of Silk, I could almost buy 2 gallons of Good Day 2% regular milk. I only tried this stuff cause you said it was hella good. Oh well, why are we talking on the forums when we could just talk in the chatroom? Doh... /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I concur.

Recipe:
2-3 cups soy choc milk in blender.
Add 1/2 packet "Sugar-free Instant Chocolate Fudge Jello" I stress Choc Fudge not plain choc.
Blend with ice.

Delicious

Ok, now I am changing my mind. Though this Silk Chocolate Soy Milk seems to taste the same, I cant seem to stop drinking it. Ive drunk 3 full glasses of it now over a few hours.

I think this stuff tastes like a blend of Vitasoy malt and Vitasoy chocolate now. Hmmm, its sorta fun to drink because the texture is like 1% milk, but it doesnt leave behind that crappy mucus-y feeling in the back of your mouth from drinking too much regular cow milk. Hmph... /images/graemlins/confused.gif

The chocolate is ok, but the coffee one is definately better. However I can't find the coffee one in the grocery stores anymore. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

This is definitely a good product. I still would rank the Soy Latte a bit higher, but theyre both fantastic.

I can't stomach soy milk.

Those who agree might try rice milk or almond milk. The chocolate flavored ones are pretty good too.
