I recently had $450 dollars stolen out of my wallet and know who did it.(He admitted it to me over the phone) The problem is I have never met the guy. However I know where he lives, what he looks like, and what kind of car he drives. I called the police and there is nothing I can do if he won't confess. I don't even care about the money anymore but want to beat the crap out of him. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Your story doesn't add up. Drug deal gone bad? Or just a liar. How do you know all that stuff?

Play a few extra hours of poker.

You need to explain the story more, but there are lots of different ways to get your money back or some form of revenge.

It depends in what manner he stole it...was it at a card game or something? Or a drug deal? Also, what sort of dude is he? Who'd win in a fight? Lots of variables.

you should have recorded your phone conversation. since you didnt, call him back while recording, and try to work out the situation with him. make sure its clear that he stole money from you. maybe hes stupid enough to admit it again since he was stupid enough to admit it in the first place.

He walked into her house saw us sleeping then took the money out of my wallet which was on the nightstand. He told both she and I over the phone that he did. Supposedly he is to drugs and stuff which means he probably has a weapon.

You are a small dorky college student. Easy advice for you to give. I bet you feel like a man now. Call me when you hit intellectual puberty.

Yeah that sounds about right. I wouldn't want to fight a guy who calls me up to tell me he stole a bunch of money from me.

I'l probably just ransack his house a year later /images/graemlins/grin.gif
