I call

I give you 1.75 outs for the 8s
3.75 outs for the Qs

5.5 outs = enough to call getting 9.25:1

3.75 outs for the Q's is WAY too generous IMO. The Qs puts the flush out and the others will only win me a split pot the majority of the time so their value must be discounted as a result that I'm drawing to less than the whole pot.

I'm thinking more like 2 outs for the Queens but there are some implied odds there if someone gets caught in a whipsaw with 2 pair or something.

3.75 is too generous, but I don't discount too much for the flush, it was backdoor and we're only 3-way. that was my discount of 0.25 which I stand by. I failed to consider the possibility of split. 2-2.5 would be acceptable, which means you have 3.75 to 4.25 outs. With implied odds, it's a call for me, but a fold isn't disastrous.
