i find it hard to believe you're good here.

it's hard to put him on anything but a flush. i just don't think a player is going to bluff raise into 3 opponents on the river that often. i'd call if it was heads up, but here i think you're beat pretty much always.

Fold. Can't see any hands you beat.

I fold. I don't think that you're good here 15% of the time.

Call.

I agree completely with most of the above responses--you're almost certainly beat on this river, and your two pair aren't good nearly enough to make this a +EV call. But I think that betting out the river and folding to a raise, especially when it comes down to HU, is a dangerous precedent to set on your first hand at a table. And at your typical 3/6 table, there are at least a couple players at the table who will notice.

If I'm planning on staying longer than a few orbits, I'll eat the extra BB rather than open myself up to river bluffs later. Maybe it's giving too much credit to my opponents & maybe it's even paranoid, but I just have to think that 1 BB is worth spending if it'll make an aggressive opponent think twice about bluffraising a river that I can't call in the future.

I'd fold here. I can't see a hand that you beat raising. Also, being that it is your first hand at the table, I wouldn't worry about image too much, I don't think the call is worth it considering that most players aren't paying attention, and you could also find a better spot to call a river raise where there is a better chance of you still being ahead.
