utg+1 is LAP. The river raise really surprised me

CO is tightpassive, he has posted but was tight passive before he sat out. I feel that a checkcall on the river might've been best

Both hands look good. You could have maybe capped the flop in hand 1, but 3 bets is fine too.

Interestingly, both boards have the same rank of cards when all is said and done. Both times four to a straight made it on the river, though in the second hand a flush made it as well.

Is it weak-tight to check both of these rivers? Not saying check-fold, just not bet out. Especially the second one, as two draws made it, and the villains were all passive throughout the entire hand, then UTG+1 c/raises.

I don't think I bet these rivers. I am much more likely to call the raise on hand one than on hand two.

I think I see where you're coming from, but both times the draws came backdoor, making them less likely. I still like a bet (especially in hand 1). Hand 2 could maybe be checked through, and I can't blame you for wanting to do so.
