Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Have been reading posts lately about Kxs in late position, especially the the button. Tried it out in this hand, curious on flop decision, I have backdoor draws to both the straight and the flush. On the flop, am I getting odds to take one off?

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, BB checks.

Flop: (5.50 SB) T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif, 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif (5 players)

Hero folds a very marginal draw.

hero folds

(also i think pre-flop is marginal with the 3 kicker and only 3 limpers beforehand)

PF is okay. Theres enough value to limp with this after normal Party Player.

As a caveat, I am not used to playing hands like this. I tend to play decently tight, in fact too tight. I have been wondering if this a weakness in my game. I am trying new stuff and seriously had to force myself to call the PF.

Edit: If I changed the Ace of clubs to the Queen of clubs would that make a difference?

You've only got 2 backdoor draws. Gotta fold.

What if Hero has a better backdoor straight draw? Say the flop came Ac 4d 5h? Or if there were no overcards on the board - Qc 4d 5h?

If the A/images/graemlins/club.gif were the Q/images/graemlins/club.gif you should definitely call with your gutshot.

Oh yeah - if you give yourself a gutshot, you've got roughly 7 outs.
