It felt like I should have raised that turn, but I could not justify it. Ah is not folding and I wanted to keep all other hearts in the game so if I hit my flush I could extract more money. I am not clearing any outs either. Raise for value? What about my river value bet?

Raise the turn. The reasons you justify not raising is the exact reasons to raise.

I would have raised the turn. You have top pair, great kicker, and the second nut flush draw. I think it is a raise for value. I think you were raised on the river because you had not shown any agression to this point.
