I want to buy a car... at MOST I want to spend 10k so it's probably going to be something used. I know absolutely nothing about cars.

The three most important factors are: Flashiness, acceleration and reliability.

I'd really like an older stingray ('70s and late '60s models) but there aren't too many of those around.

I want a new car myself. I would like to get something cheaper than what I have now (2001 Monte Carlo about 300 a month) but I have NO IDEA what I want. I have hella expensive taste so I can't find anything. I'm thinking about getting a 2000-2002 Grand Prix but they arent gonna be any cheaper than what I have/

Buy a 2-3 year old used Civic. Good gas mileage, good service on the automobile. Honda does make excellent cars.

1993-1995 BMW 325i. If you want the coupe, go for a 325is. Reliable, and as long as you have some technical ability to do simple DIY, I understand it's not too expensive to keep maintained.

It's sporty enough (mid 7s to 60), and chicks dig Bimmers. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Green looks nice. So does blue.

Don't be a follower and get silver.

Toyotas are also quite reliable.
