I have a question. Had a piece of mail mailed to the wrong zip. How long after the original date should it arrive?

not a worker, but had that happen. I simply had a 2 turn into a 3.

It was "returned to sender"

Hey, Postal Workers!

Just send me a PM if you are in need of some weaponry. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I used to work at the post office during summer and winter breaks for college. I was a letter carrier.

I think as long as you have the city correct it should still there although it will take a little longer because it will go to the zip code you put down first.

It may be returned to sender though if one of the carriers at the station it gets sent to first wants to be a dick and not look it up.

This question is hilarious given that even if it had the correct zip code it could take two days or arrive some years after your death.
