Hey, I have to be cool like everyone else, so will someone fill me in on the "how to's" of setting up a lil' video clip for an avatar?

It's asking me for the pictures' URL. I realize this is probably a REALLY dumb question, but what is a URL?

Yeah I made that one a few minutes ago. Ever since I saw the WoW Orcs (yeah yeah... I know...) busting out the Hammer Dance I had a craving to see the real thing. After scouring the internet for hours I finally found it and came to conclusion that MC Hammer would probably make the sickest avatar gif ever.
