Does anyone bet sports and keep records?

Is it possible to use statking? (statking is used for poker results)

If not is there a program/webpage that does this for sports betting?

What stats should I keep track of besides units won/lost %of winners etc? Do you use a seperate page for NBA and ncaa etc?

Has anyone else made an excell spreadsheet that they wouldn't mind sharing with me?

Thanks

If you are betting anything that isn't pure spread (bases, hockey, boxing, lots of ML bets) then ROI is a better number to use. Obviously record means little in these sports, what you earn for each dollar you invest is more appropriate. I keep a journal with my bets on paper in a notebook. I don't even use much of statistics to analyze it. I do have a daily total log in excel with separate tabs for each sport, but thats nothing exciting that you couldn't create in 5 minutes.
