Who plays a flush draw that way? Was he right to push a semi-bluff?

He shoulda folded preflop. On the flop, well, once he's gotten there, especially considering your weak lead bet, I think he played the hand fine.

Probably not me. But this depends on his image of how you've been playing. If he thinks he has FE here then it's not that bad b/c he'll have outs to win against almost any hand you could hold.

FWIW, I wouldn't play the line of the villian.

Also, I thought you did a good job getting all of your chips in with QQ there. Do you have more specific questions about the hand?

PS You can't just post this, tolkenly ask whether or not the villian played well and expect posters to not call this a bad beat post.

Hey Zebra I fully expect you to go 3/3 out of the ones you're in right now. Only ones I could see to pay attention to are jn_lennon and doubletub. GL

Edit: oops, I missed Tunghai/harold/slowroll on table 15636. That one you'll have to steal more to keep up. Your button sucks but your SB is good.

Yea I know but I want to know what others would do if they held a flush draw and the opponent min-bet. I dont know what I would do in that situation, but I would too be very tempted to push depending on who is in the pot.

3/1/3 woot I was right. Gimme my cut j/k /images/graemlins/wink.gif Slow was pushing you around when you were the big stack 4 handed in the SB. I've seen as little as T6os from him 4H just stealing. He goes crazy when he has the big stack willing to call with some nasty hands. Also I would have wondered why he limped for the first time 3handed since his only move was all-in or the trap in the SB w/A6s against the SS, so the limp could have been QQ/KK/AA/AK this time.

Why all the small raises that pot commit you anyways? Seems like it's backwards when you have a premium hand versus other way. I'd rather only have them call an all-in than have someone raise 1.5xBB more which you'll have to call anyways.

No problem, it's fun watching someone else sometimes. Looks like that's all I can do today since I keep on coughing every couple of seconds. Funny how I stumbled on your table though. Have fun playing.

P.S. "Hide Me From Search" so I can't find the other tables too /images/graemlins/wink.gif

You should have raised more preflop.
His play was fine. 12 outs 2x with some decent folding equity.

Your minimum bet on flop coupled with your weak raise preflop look like a nice little trap. I think you got unlucky. You were ahead, but it was nearly a coin toss. I would raise more preflop though. maybe even 1k, or at least 800. obviously you should be happy to push here.

Question: did you not want to move in here? What is the problem here other than getting unlucky?

I believe he was clearly right to move allin on the flop, and I don't think it's close.
