Is he solid? Wouldn't be surprised to see 89s but I'm not sure. I call down but that's probably loose.

I'd call it here, and check/call the river. If BB/UTG go to war with UTG+2 on the river I'd fold. It looks like 98 got there.

Smells like a straight or two-pair. I'd call down with no reads.

I think betting the flop is fine here.

Yes. That counts as "improvement" in my book. I would call the river if any card on board pairs or if we nail an ace. The lone exception might be if another six slides.

I called. And like a fool called the river out of curiosity. He showed JJ.

I don't understand playing JJ that way. It can't be +EV to not raise preflop with it.
