The range of cold-calling hands I would give this guy has you in pretty bad shape, actually probably drawing dead to a slowplayed set or a turned straight.

Against an unknown you can probably call down though, on the off chance that he's retarded and has AQ, etc., or the chance that he just turned two-pair, in which case you have some river cards that can help. (Not likely, but anything's possible.)
