game theory in texas hold'em

I have used some game theory against choice opponents in 7 card stud before, using only the game theory chapter in ToP. But I don't see how game theory can be used in No Limit (or Limit) Texas Hold'em.

Anyone have any sites to check out, or plenty of knowledge on the subject they'd like to share? A thorough guide would be great.

Can you explain how you used game theory in 7 stud? I don't think the concepts really change depending on the game so maybe I'm just not following your question?
