You could probably find a better situation since if you fold you'd still have 1000+ chips on L:3 but I'd honestly think you're ahead, assuming you didn't think Orion limped w/AJ. For me, this is all I'd need to know:

OrionNebula $50 Table: 13 wins / 56 losses / 18.84% wins

I'd honestly call and push the turn if a 9 or an A didn't come. Even if you get called I'd expect Orion to show you KTos or QTos/s.

Before I clicked on the thread, I expected to see either a 10 or an Ace on the flop to go along with your top 2. Did you have any read at all? I may push here.

Push, and if you're behind load up another and don't think twice about it.

I thought you were ZebraAss on Party. I played with someone who had that username last week.

Thats a tricky raise. Call and hope to improve on the turn, go for the checkdown unless you improve. I hope he at least had a made hand and wasn't on a draw.

With no read - I fully expect a draw of some sort here, or top or second pair (or second or bottom two). This isn't a hand to be tricky with - push or fold, IMO. I don't fear the set - he would have set a trap himself... maybe...

When I lose in this situation, it is most often to the set, not the suckout.

As i look through the hand history...

He minraised with over pair(1010) to double through AJ.

He bet 900 into a 800 pot when the turn gave him 2 pair(aces and 10's). The flop was checked.

He has been minraising a lot though. The previous hand he min raised and I took him for about 400 chips with AK when I limped in(there was no show down).

Yea, he had Ace Jack.

It happens. Start up another one. Your only real options were folding or going the whole way with it so it was unfortunate he had flopped the nuts this time.
