Where should i go with the gf for a week of sun, sand and watersports preferrable diving, limited it down to Goa, Maldives or Dubai. Thoughts? Suggestions? Places to stay in the above?

I'm lost, as are all the travel agents. I can't even find out if maldives is ok to visit right now.

maldives = great diving.

there's a us govt web site somewhere (CIA?) which lists the off-limits-for-travelling countries.


edit: most spectacular diving I did was in the red sea .
