On internet microlimit, do people play really tight or really loose? Whats the best way to play them???

Because the players generally play pretty loosely, you're more likely to have the pot/implied odds to make some calls that would normally be bad ones. In microlimits, you should still play tightly, but on the loosest end of the "tight" range. Still, that only means a VP$IP of maybe 22% - maximum.

I think 22% is too high for any full ring game.

I was at 20/10 at .05/.10 and made a lot of profit. If the table is super loose passive then I could see a VP$Ip of 22 being profitable(limping hands like 87s, K8s, from EP, etc.)

Most microlimits are EXTREMELY lose. PokerStars .5/1 as an exception is way too tight. I beat the .05/.10 over 9.5k hands at 11BB/100 with a 25% VP$IP. Of course that probobly cant be optimal or sustainable, but it worked very well for me, I dont think you want to be "tight" at these levels, "semi-loose" until you get to .5/1 is best, I liked the mid to higher end of that range for the lower ones, and the very low range of that for .25/.50.
