Not as far as I'm aware of, and I doubt anyone will, due to the fact that Pacific is so slow (even comparing to just playing a single table on another site) that it's not worthwhile for most people to play on.

1. not as yet, but someone posted either in IG or in Books/Software that he/she was writing code for it to exist as a pokertracker plugin -- so check there to see if it is finished or works.
