ROI, ITM formulas, for Excel moron

Would anyone mind posting the formulas they use for tracking their ROI, ITM, etc.... in an Excel spreadsheet. I'm trying to keep better records, and am struggling with Excel in the process.

I understand the day-to-day formulas, but I can't figure out how to get the right formula for summary ROI, ITM, without getting errors.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Using this spreadsheet and I played 1 Sit and Go so far.

Entered the results. For Duration i put in 60 (i assume for 1 hour).
In the next tab where it shows all the info, under #hrs it says .25 instead of 1.0
