What are the best casinos in Vegas to play tournaments?

Heading out there Final Four weekend. I was wondering what the consensus was on the best places to play in tourney's. I've heard good stuff about Orleans. Any others I should look into?

Do any offer one table tourney's?

Orleans is the best by far. The other tourneys usually have pretty bad structures, ie the mirage.
If you want to play very big tourneys, check out bellagio.

I just returned from Vegas and played in many tournaments:

Harrah's has an 11:00 tournament that is good ($1,500.00 in chips) and a good blind structure. It's $40.00 with one re-buy at any time. They also have a $30 single table tournament on a couple of nights.

Sahara has one of the best run tournaments at 7:00 each night. It is $40.00 and one rebuy and one addon. Over 100 people normally. $2000 chips and it's an awesome tournament.

I'll be in Vegas this Sunday night. I plan on playing in the Sahara evening tourney Monday and/or Tuesday. Any thoughts on the structure there?
