Does anyone know of some profitable SNG type situations in Vegas? I have seen a few freeze out MTTs where you start with a small stack. I think a party SNG game plan would work well here. How about satelites, can you cash the winning tickets at most casinos, or do you have to play?

Live SnGs are not profitable/hour imo at all.

I am sure there are lost of satelites, but the only one I know of where you can play all day is at th bellagio. Every Wed they have a satellite for $130. Top two get a seat in the $500+30 tournament plus $30 cash. You have to use your first seat, but if you win anymore you get the cash. These were soft as hell, and didnt take long. On friday I think they have the same thing, except the entry fee is double. I have not played in one of these going on a year now, but I doubt much has changed.

Orleans has great MTT's almost every day, some with bounties.(when you knock someone out you get $10 cash on the spot)

I reccomend staying away from the Sahara tournies, they squeeze 12 people into a table, and the blinds normaly go up before an orbit is even finished.

I just posted a thread asking about Vegas tourney's in MTT. I've heard good things about the Orleans. Good blind schedules, nice poker room, good drink service, etc. Plus, the casino is gorgeous, even if the dealers wear those ridiculous shirts.

I'm going to be out there Final Four weekend. I think I'll make Orleans my primary place to play.

Orleans is the bomb for low-limit MTT's - different game everyday...start at noon.....I could be talked into selling my system to beat the 100-play videopoker machines / although they may have removed them since during my last trip I improved my R.O.I. on the 100-plays to (-)600%

the one time I can remember is when I past-posted $25 on 36 at the roulette wheel @ Golden Nugget...Also played big-stakes Baccarrat that night at Ceasar's...You want to be around the Hartmans (both Skipper & Irie) when they've had a snootful & are running hot...Stay away from ChickenPherzen though, he's a mean drunk and never picks up a tab
