Pocket Pair in the middle? confused on play

One type of hand keeps occuring that i really have no education on.

Hero has any medium high pocket pair, for this expample hero has 1010.
your on the button with 3 limpers, hero raises and the SB and BB call and the other call. There are now including me 6 people in the flop.
Flop come K94
How do you play this being that flop didnt help you and you now have middle pair to a possible K pair?

If its bet to me is the correct play to fold?
Do i stick around for one bet to see the turn and then check/fold the turn?

It depends on who is doing the betting. If a passive player who limp/called preflop bets out on this flop, he will likely have a K and you are draw to about 2.5 outs (2 Ts and an unlikely runner-runner straight). If an aggressive player to your immediate right bets (this player might bet a pair of nines or a straight draw) then you can raise to cut down the drawing odds offered to the rest of the field.

If it is checked to you on the button you should probably bet. However, be prepared to release your hand to later aggression.
