Anticipating AGIX move????

I trade AGIX, a biotech company that focuses on arthritis treatments. Recently there was some insider selling, and implied vol has gone through the roof while the skew has flipped, with the upside options being more expensive. There have been some takeover rumors, however the stock has been drifting lower. Anyone have any ideas?

I think it is funny that you think a lot of people on this forum are going to know what you mean when you talk about "implied vol" and "the skew has flipped".
