Does anybody know how I can stop 2plus2 emails from going directly into my spam folder?

what email service do you use? I'd just email support and they'll fix it.

on yahoo and many of the free services when you read a mesage in the spam (or "bulk mail") folder, there will be a button you can hit for "Not Spam". that will teach it to do the right thing (usually, or eventually).
