I think the preflop action and the flop cap is the first sign to slow down. The bet out on 4th street is okay because you still could be up against AK here, but after he raises you (with no reads), you have to call this down, no more aggro.

It looks like you rivered trips against KK or QQ - possibly a KQ 2-pair. Most likely QQ that got scared of KK. I would slow down to the raise on the turn (not 3-bet) and check call the river (except that you aced him - go ahead and bet.)
