I have played a number of tournaments, both live and online, and am used to the final table coming in 3-4 hours. Last night I played in the Paradise $1.5 million which lasted over 10 hours. I didn't make it to the end, but lasted about 9.5 hours. Today I am exhausted.

I have a new and deep respect for the players in the WPT and the WSOP that last through several days of 10-12 hours of play. I know Fossilman and Tdurden and a few other 2+2'ers have made it through several days........how do you do it?

I've made final table 3 time's on Poker Stars $350,000 guarenteed. Online is easier cause I can get up and move around the room. 8-9 hours is a while to play. Lot of guys work out. I know Gus Hansen has pretty big arms. Lot of endurance training like treadmill work help's to. Ive never gone long in B&M.
