I don't really like cold-calling preflop with 99 here (first in after the raise). I typically 3-bet or fold, depending on UTG. The rest seems fine.

I assume no reads. If no reads I am reraising preflop (do you really want others in? Or not?).
Flop is fine.
I fold it like you. He wasn't being pushed around and likely had AQ or something like that.
