Rake calculations 2-4 and 3-6

Anyone mind sharing how much rake is taken on average per hand at the 2-4 and 3-6 limits?

The last few months would be the most acurate since the games have tightened up a smidgeon lately with the wave of multitablers.

Also, how do I figure this out in pokertracker?
