Win % chart for all HU combinations?

Does anyone knew of an existing table that contains the win & tie percentages for any given hand vs every other individual hand (heads-up)...


This table would contain 28,561 rows (each of the 169 hands paired vs each of the 169 hands).


I've seen so many other tables floating around that I thought someone might have run this one and posted it at some point.
