BB is a little bit less likely to be bluffing here since the SB had already called your bet on the turn; that said I don't think calling down can be a major mistake. There isn't much incentive to raise the river even though you've improved as it doesn't make you better than a hand like a flush, and you'd like to collect SB's overcall.
