View Full Version : At SSNLH, would these blind structures change the best way to play?

This is a summary of the small stakes no limit hold 'em blind and buy-in structures I like to play, either live or on line. I have the hardest time succeeding at the NL $40 $1/$1 game. I play the same way regardless of the blinds at these games. At PP NL $25, for example, I have a V$PIP of 19%, PFR 7%, and TAF of 2.5. Is there something about the NL $40 $1/$1 game that I should adjust in my playing style? Or, is it most likely something else (i.e. the people playing that game vesus the other games).

Theoretically, should all of these games at these levels be played pretty much the same? Or is the difference between the .1/.25 $25 NL game and the $1/$1 $40 NL game so great that there is a change in playing style required to do well? If so, what changes?

I had posted this to the SSNLH forum, but this might be a better board. Please let me know if this is the wrong forum.
