If your wife really loves you and wants these, she will love you even more. My wife will tell me a couple of times every month how she always wants to be beautiful for me.
So 1/2 her desire for this could be for her own self-esteem and the other 1/2 for you.

Without a doubt, a +EV choice. Number one, you get bigger boobs to play with - major +EV. Secondly, you will just explain to her that you will need to play more poker to pay for them - more + EV.

You guys don't seem to realize that his wife is getting a REDUCTION, not implants.

The doctor saying that she won't have to wear support bras anymore is sort of a dead giveaway. She wants to be a C cup, which would mean that she's in a A or B now if she was getting implants. For some strange reason, there aren't many support bras in A and B cups.

My wife wants to get a reduction down to a G or F cup at some point, but she wants another kid first and it's unlikely that she'd be able to BF after a reduction.

to clear up some questions/comments being posed here:

a) there are no other men in my wife's life. she is a stay at home mother with 3 two year olds and a 1 year old. the only place she goes are to the grocery and to play cards(mostly with me, and if not, with all the same guys i play with...they may want to take my $$$, but they don't want to take my wife).

b) she is getting a reduction. she is currently DD. before she had kids, she was a C. the large saggy beasts are uncomfortable, and she feels they are unattractive to me.

c) shooting my bankroll down a few notches will not affect the level i play at. there are many ways to make money, poker is just one. if i must, i will replenish, but i don't expect to need to. my game lately is no limit/pot limit, and there are ample funds to cover swings in these games...plus i have a seperate bankroll for live and online play. i will split the cost up between the 2.

d) a "newer model" is not an option. she's a good mom and a good wife. besides, a newer model would be far more expensive.

PS You wife is probably bigger than a DD. Amazingly enough, most women - ESPECIALLY women with large breasts - have no idea what their real bra size is. They go to the store, find the biggest cup size they offer (usually DD), then buy the band size that hooks up. If she's a 34G, she'll buy a 36DD. If she's a 34I, she'll buy a 38DD.
