Player in MP raises and has PT stats of 17/2.9 over 103 hands. I 3-bet, all fold and he calls. Flop is 3T7r, he bets out. Do I call down, raise and fold to a 3-bet, or just fold?

what does 17/2.9 mean? nothing without a read.
What range of hands do you put him on?

It means he's tight, ~17% vpip and relatively passive preflop, with a PFR of less than 3%. If accurate, this range includes about AA-JJ and AK.

How does he play post-flop?

If you raise the flop and he 3-bets then bets the turn are you folding?

I don't really know, I haven't really noticed his play. PT is giving him PF aggression of about 1.2, but I don't find that real reliable over 100 hands.

Move your mouse to the right and click until either he raises or a card bigger than your pair falls. Which hands are you afraid of here?

But how does he play post flop? Reads are so important that just listing pokertracker stats wont help on a hand unless you just want general advise.
And if you want general advise it has mostly been said before.

edit: I just lost a hand to a preflop three better where I had top two on the flop. He was tight and didn't raise much before the flop. Yet he three bet me with 55 and hit his set. Pokertracker didn't tell me if his pocket pair was high or low.

A MP open raiser would raise many hands that you can beat here. I would not be concerned about an overpair yet.
