Got get me a couple of these before they're all gone. Maybe they'll start a whole series, call it the "jerks of poker."

Yeah, maybe, but I wish I could sell this kind of trash and make money.

Has anyone actually seen anyone with these card covers? For kitsch/goof value they're great, but if someone truly got it as a kind of fan piece, i'd feel sorry for them.

However, if I ever get to a final table with one of the guys that has one of these, I'm getting one. They can likely rest easy though.

Hi Eric:

When I see stuff like this I wonder, "Have these guys no shame?" I can't believe that there's much money to be made from this stuff.

Best wishes,
Mason

Even worse, can you imagine sitting at a table with someone who actually is using that piece of crap to cover their cards?

One wonders if the amount of $$ that Phil actually made off that thing is worth the embarassment that's associated with it. I'd love to see someone who plays in a regular game with him get a hold of one of those.

Well, I guess that's just putting it a bit more politely.

But I would argue that my way gets to the point more directly.

The passive 'Mason' approach and the more aggressive 'Microbob' approach each has merit. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Now THAT is XXXXXX disgusting. The cover of the box looks like some kind of cross between Darth Vadar and Jabba the Hut.

As far as the card holder there must be a lot of pros doing this because Amir Vahedi was playing with his own on the finale of Poker Royale.

This is almost funny enough to own one as a lark. But not quite.
