I've never liked The Lord of the Rings. The only character that interested me is Gollum.

When I first read The Hobbit, I was about to put the book away when I got to the Gollum chapter. I loved it. Gollum was awesome. So, I finished reading the whole book hoping the character would come back.

When I heard he was in Lord of the Rings, I started reading that. But, I got bored quickly and simply read the Gollum parts.
