Two questions:
(1) There are two card rooms that I frequent, one near work and one near where I live. One takes a $3 big blind, $1 small blind, and $3 out of every pot. The other takes a $3 big blind, $1 small blind, and $3 "blind" on the button, and drops $4 per pot. Which of these two structures is preferable and by how much? I'm assuming it's the first, but the games there are 10X tougher then the other.
(2) When a $3 drop is taken on the button, what should you call a raise with (assuming you can be pretty sure it won't be 3-bet.) I'm assuming the standards are pretty darn low, because of the odds and position, but at when do hands become trash hands in this situations?
