Was searching for chips today and saw on www.nevadajacks.net (http://www.nevadajacks.net) that they are having a weekend sale on the NJ Desert Sands chip.

Buy 2 500 piece sets and get 1 500 piece set free. $600 for 1500 of these chips seems like a pretty solid deal!

I'd be very intrested in 500 chips if someone wanted to do a split. Just post here if you're intrested.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think I need 1500, but may be interested in 500 (maybe 1000).

Maybe we can get a few others interested in this and split up 1500 or 3000 of these bad boys.

Post here if interested and hopefully we can get something done by the end of the weekend.

I didn't look, but that sounds like a phenomenal deal on those chips... even if it's just you two, designate one of the people to dump the other 500 on ebay after the sale is over and you'll still realize a huge savings.

Im in, I'll take 500 of those chips for 200 plus shipping. My only problem is Im leaving to HI this weekend but will have Internet Access by Saturday night. If you need a third I most likely will buy them. Let me know

Damn, wish the sale was on the NJ's themselves, I was going to order a set of them this weekend. The Desert Sands were my second choice but I can't pass them up at this price. In any case I am going to go ahead and buy them so I'll have a set of 500 to sell. (I want 1000 of them.) I'll need to know if anyone wants the last 500 and which chips denoms, etc.

I'll split the cost evenly so its basically:
($600 + shipping to me + shipping to you / 3) for the set. I'd guess that would make it around $220-230ish, but don't quote me as I havve no idea of the shipping.

I guess if anyone is interested then e-mail me or post here, I'll check it tomorrow evening before I place the order.

Doh!! I guess I should list my e-mail as well. audiopostman-poker@yahoo.com
Also, I live in the Los Angeles area so it would be easier to do this with someone local and save on shipping it twice.

I have some samples of these on the way. Are they good quality. Can anyone verify their quality? Are they just fancy dice chips? I would like to order 6000 or more of these if they are good and dump them around here in sets of 500 and make some money.... /images/graemlins/smile.gif

They are good quality chips. See http://www.pokerchipreviews.com/ceramic.html (down the page).

I have some and they are much more textured than Chipcos, but with nice edges, good colors, and very good feel (though that's always a personal preference). Available in quite a few denominations so you can make good cash/tourney sets.

As far as reselling them, I'm not sure that the typical eBay buyer will know/appreciate these chips so I'm not sure how much they would fetch....

Just a note that I have already ordered the chips and have someone interested in the third set. If it falls through I will let you guys know. Good luck with the other group buys.
