What's the best way to play this hand? I folded the river because I couldn't see any draw that CO could have had that missed and I could beat.

Check-fold the turn. You are almost never winning here. Flush draws just aren't that common.

Fold to the flop bet, its unlikely that you are ahead with 2 overcards after raising UTG.

SB would have to be pretty dumb to bet out with a flush drawing with the preflop raiser next to act.
