I finally qualify for a stat post /images/graemlins/smile.gif

In all serious, please give me some pointers, recently I've been down 50-60BB while clearing bonuses and such and its bothering me a little bit. I know its probably a nasty thing called variance but any pointers would be greatly appreciated (i.e. I used to take Pocket Pairs too far when I first started).

Thanks a lot guys!

These stats look pretty good except your post flop aggresion needs work especially your flop agression.

looks good to me. It does look like you could be more aggressive on the flop.
My flop aggression is like 3.5 but my river aggression is like a 1.7. Is there validity in the statement that you can afford to be more passive on later streets if you are move aggressive on the flop?

Looks good, the only thing I saw was you fold the BB a lot, especially heads up.

Standard Disclaime, I am by no means an expert at any of this.

What are some of the things I need to start doing to be more aggressive on the flop? (obviously betting and raising but look for what situations?)

Thanks!

And any strategies for defending my Big Blinds? or not really relevant at .5/1?

Hard to say without see specific hands. Personally I'm trying to learn when to be aggressive with something like middle pair when the situation dictates.

Blind stealing and defense is relevant at every level although it happens less frequently at these levels. I think a good place to start with is the quiz from Nate's "You're Too Tight" post which talks about some blind stealing/defending. Very generally you can defend with almost any Ace, pocket pair, double broadway cards, etc.

I did a search and I can't find the "You're too Tight" thread. Help?
