I smelled a slow played set. I figure maybe hes content to slow play it with one flush draw but with two out there hes going to try and take it down. How would you play it?

I think I call this turn and then re-evaluate on the river. He could easily be betting 76s as a tight player, and I don't want to fold right away for 12 more into a pot of 40. Unimproved, I'd check-call a 1/2 to 3/4-pot bet. If I spike the Q, I think checkraise is good, since two pair will just fold out and a set (which will be a lower boat) will have to call.

If a heart or spade falls on the river, you may be able to show down for free, so I'd definitely call this turn bet.
