Extra Starting Chips for Million Dollar Guaranteed

Do the starting chip that I see in my account get used for the million dollar gt. 640$ buy-in tournament?

Also whats the maximum number of chips you can get?

I don't think they use staritng chips for this tourney anymore. I think only for the Poker Mililion Tourney (cruise).
