I'll be in Reno on April 1st, with some other guys.

I'm having a helluva a time finding a hotel with a poker room rate. Anyone have any links or contacts I can follow up with?

I don't know if they will let you do it on the last day but its worth a shot. Other then that from what I know poker rates in Reno tend to cost more then online discounters

Have you tried booking a room directly through one of the hotel sites, sans poker rate? When I went down, I got a room through Eldorado's web site, for $45 for a Friday night.

I was in Reno recently and I'd suggest checking out the El Dorado and possibly the Hilton. I'd stay at the El Dorado personally, since the poker room always seemed to have a good game going and it was the best room we visited while we were there.
