The UTG player is a huge LAG, he min raises almost every pot and folds to most raises. Simply put he is not good. My question is not whether or not I should have pushed against him but should I take into account the players behind me since any person worth their salt would have noticed his horrendous play and thought I could be on a buy (which I consider pushing with AK to be).

Basically is this a good decision or should I just fold and continue steal or wait until I am in a later position to do this?

Even without this solid of a read, this is a fine push. With this read, you stand to add ~ 25% to your stack without a showdown- EASY push. Your thought that other players may think you are isolating with a mediocre hand in this circumstance does not change this from being an easy push.

Easy push 99% of the time, unless he is the type that would only raise with AA, KK.
