Poker Software!

So I normally play in cardrooms and enjoy that very much. I like to see my opponent. I have played online but never really took it to serious. So now I am ready to change that since the wife wants me home more.
I understand that a lot of players use software like Poker Tracker or what not.
Can you all offer some opinions are what I should use/get for my online poker venture?
